Years ago, more then I want to count, I went on a buying trip to New York City, looking for gifts that fit in the Horse Industry. This country woman was really enthused with the magnificent tall buildings and yes, I looked up constantly. Tourist was written all over my body! Anyway, after the grueling days of shopping, it was sampling as many restaurants as one could fit in a night and that is when I found this Cheese Cake and have used the receipt for absolute years.
